SECOND SECTION DECISION Application no. 56223/15 S.R.L. 'VULPE E.' against the Republic of Moldova The European Court of Human Rights (Second Section), sitting on 10 November 2022 as a Committee composed of: Jovan Ilievski, President, Diana Sârcu, Davor Derenčinović, judges, and Viktoriya Maradudina, Acting Deputy Section Registrar, Having regard to the above application lodged on 4 November 2015, Having deliberated, decides as follows:

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

The applicant company, S.R.L. 'Vulpe E.', is registered in Cahul, the Republic of Moldova. It was represented by Mr I. Grecu, a lawyer practising in Cahul. The applicant company's complaint under Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention concerning the disproportionate freezing of all its assets pending court proceedings was communicated to the Moldovan Government ("the Government"). On 5 October 2022 the applicant company informed the Registry that it wanted to withdraw the application to the Court since, after communication, it obtained satisfaction from the domestic courts.

THE LAW

In the light of the foregoing, the Court concludes that the applicant company may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention). Furthermore, in accordance with Article 37 § 1 in fine, the Court finds no special circumstances regarding respect for human rights as defined in the Convention and the Protocols thereto which require the continued examination of the application. Accordingly, the case should be struck out of the list.

For these reasons

, the Court, unanimously, Decides to strike the application out of its list of cases. Done in English and notified in writing on 1 December 2022. Viktoriya Maradudina Jovan Ilievski Acting Deputy Registrar President
